hypoplasia

My cousin's daughter was recently diagnosed with cerebellar hypoplasia (a missing or smaller than normal cerebellum), and it's been pretty terrifying for them.

I'm totally blind (lacking even light perception), with optic nerve hypoplasia (ONH).

For example I have idiopathic optic nerve hypoplasia.

I was born with optic nerve hypoplasia and nystagmus, and despite also having a condition similar to photosensitive epilepsy start abruptly 7 years ago I've never been motion sick.

I personally have never had ANY cavities so things have worked out well for me but there are multiple family members with enamel hypoplasia so I would be interested in knowing if this could be a solution.

(Instead he sits and looks at it longingly while his sibling jumps up there and eats it if it's left unguarded...) However, some of that might be explained by the fact that he was a very, very sickly kitten who almost didn't make it, and he seems to have a mild case of cerebellar hypoplasia.

Due to some kind of flaw in my development, my optic nerves didn't fully develop (optic nerve hypoplasia), so my visual acuity is far enough below normal that, for example, I can't drive a car, I can only read print up close unless it's huge, and I use a white cane (and often, let's be honest, a sighted guide) to get around in unfamiliar environments.
