Doesn't that say to you that FriendlyChemist was sharp enough to fake his identity?

With respect to the references to FriendlyChemist, why didn't the government charge him with attempted murder on top of his other charges?

FriendlyChemist was a vendor who somehow had a falling out, and decided to try and extort DPR who probably yanked his account.

The hit in the complaint I read basically had the extortionist (FriendlyChemist) say he needed $500K to pay a dealer.

Does anyone else feel that "FriendlyChemist" was just a set up/honeypot?
