It's just interesting to watch people do it and it at least establishes that the candidate isn't a complete faker.

Currently working on a gem for ruby that extends Faker to allow you to produce fake data related to RPGs.

It's the idea that if you are not at a certain level you are a faker, and thus not really a "coder".

Faker in particular, what he meant in that phrase, in the game translates to: "I can see the future".

Faker is python-specific, and not really about creating databases, but of course you can tack that on easily.
