One of the funniest incarnations of giri is giri choco [0] and honmei choco [1].

I read that book in my teens but I do not remember anything related to choco ration.

That's true, but at least personally the only two I know of are Dandelion in SF and Choco Vivo.

For scheduling problems, I have had way more luck with open source CP solvers like Choco than I have had with hyper-optimized commercial IP solvers like gurobi.

Just updated my install of mysql workbench using "choco update mysql.workbench" - easy!

(In elevated PowerShell, I actually used "choco install cygwin -y" after doing so!) I think in Windows 10 this is supposed to be even better with their OneGet framework that will be compatible with Choco.
