Most restaurants (and homes) use powdered soup stock that already has katsuo bushi (the dried fish flakes) added.

It may have helped that the bushi-class outlawed the use of guns for a good while, and they were essentially warrior-bureaucrats.

That's fair, but I felt that bushi.do would have been equally understood with an appropriate title or comment explaining the website.

Given the amount of information on the bushi.do homepage vs.

武士道 is bushido and 武士の道 is bushi no michi.

My favorite example of this was when I was watching "Bushi no ichibun," a samurai movie that came out a while ago.

Instead of treating chinese characters as a bunch of "tangled squiggles" that you have to memorize or make up stories about you could just...learn the radicals (called bushi in Japanese).

I'm not sure about the author level of Japanese, but when he said that the term "bushido" was not used but the terms "bushi no michi" existed before, well it's the exact same thing.

You, the developer, are the expert chef, Bushi.do is the cook who does the work for the customers.

One last thing, the 2 guys behind Bushi.do are developers first and very nice guys....
