Anyway, for consistency, I hope using the Brise theme and the corresponding icon set on gtk apps in KDE remains possible.

But there are so many other braggable efficiencies you can add to your house (brise-soleil made from sustainable wood!) that it probably isn't worth the effort.

And when Brise actually makes Gnome extremely beautiful for me.

But ideally a fabric first approach will keep a lot of heat out when combined with external blinds and brise soliel to keep high angle summer sun out.

KDE made a very good job making GTK look good in Plasma with the Brise theme, the file picker is almost the only annoying thing (with the header bar that a bit too big, but that's not a big issue).

So using solar panels as part of a brise soleil to provide shading to windows would be the optimum solution but this is a more expensive facade structure to build and more expensive and less safe to maintain, so it's typically only done on high spec buildings which need some eco bling.

I find the Breeze theme really well done and its GTK port, Brise, is also very nice, to the point Gnome looks good in it.
