The Google and Arkose SDKs were fairly different in their implementation and the Arkose SDK needed a lot more tweaks to get working in our code.

Fast forward to a year later, new order from on-high: we're switching from Arkose to Google Recaptcha because Arkose was too expensive!

Unfortunately, Arkose is one of the only viable products for stopping credential stuffing and other similar attacks.

Then you try to register an account, and again, one of thoss arkose labs[0] captchas.

There’s also funcaptcha (arkose labs) which definitely won’t let you use ChatGPT without JavaScript.

Only when I initiate a DM with someone does it get locked & simply asks to complete an arkose challenge.

That's Arkose Labs and 2Captcha, Anti-captcha and Nopecha have bypasses for them.

Aw man, you haven't seen the 'captchas' of arkose labs yet...

The main value-add for companies like Arkose is that they have teams monitoring and changing the aggressiveness of the challenges as new attackers try to get around them.

At least use Funcaptcha by Arkose HN gods.

I believe this is an Arkose Labs captcha for anyone wondering.

AI capabilities defeat nearly all "Prove you are a human" challenges Not really, seeing lots of captchas from Arkose, Cloudflare, HCaptcha, etc keep up with this in stopping bots.

I was working on a mobile team, the order came down from on-high that google recaptcha was no longer cutting it for verification during user signup and we were switching to Arkose for our captchas, for some reason, no one could tell me why other than "my boss's boss says so".

Most of the climbing gyms are missing in France's big cities (Arkose, ClimbUp, etc) and the School Room is not even on the map:(!

Cool service but how will you deal / how do you plan to deal with anti scraping and anti bot services like Akamai, Arkose, Cloudflare, DataDome etc.?

I left the company not too long after the migration back to google Recaptcha, but was waiting with baited breath for another order to be given to switch back to Arkose.
