Just wanted to make a small correction: Valium is diazepam and Xanax is alprazolam, both are benzodiazepines.

This can be dangerous, Xanax or klonopin are preferred by modern psychedelic therapists.

I'm also happy to say that I have not had to use the Xanax at all since I began exercising.

I've taken Valium and Xanax as needed for more than 2 decades without becoming addicted.

I was prescribed Xanax to take whenever I feel anxious, and then I was given a recommendation to see a therapist.

It wasn't xanax, but something in that family of substances.

Thanks to that I was eventually able to taper off taking Xanax regularly.

Don't tell em about xanax, better, don't use it.

Research chemicals, xanax and opiate combo, etc...

From personal experience: xanax works very well.

Perhaps you're thinking about benzos, like Valium or xanax, that are both psychiatric, addictive, and whose abuse/withdrawal can be extremely lethal (especially with alcohol for an overdose combination).

My friend has a real fear of flying, and Xanax makes him not care at all (or about anything else, really - it's a good thing his wife was around to keep in line).

Xanax used to be "perfectly safe" as an alternative to the obviously addictive Valium.

Ambien is "perfectly safe", even if they warn about Xanax.

In my experience the people that I know that are on "safe" drugs such as Prozac, Adderall, Ritalin, Xanax are the ones having the tougher problem with addiction compared to the people I have met that have used illicit drugs such as Heroin.

All of which can be achieved with meditation or some other meds like Phenibut or even Xanax.

I was on kolonopin for almost 7 years, never at doses lower than 2mg as well as Xanax.

But it's a lot easier to grow your own cannabis than your own Xanax.
