My lunch is a wholemeal sandwich with fresh tomatoes, lettuce and some chicken breast, plus fruit.

I see people swapping wholemeal UPF bread in favour of homemade white bread on social media all the time already!

Do I eat mostly wholemeal bread and rice as is common where I am from?

I recently had experience writing an app to deal with medical data sets that really benefited from correct by construction or wholemeal[1] programming.

The gist is: the micro-organisms you want are already on the flour in traces, so you start with equal parts unpasteurized (eg organic) wholemeal rye or wheat flour and water, mix them, and let them stand in a container for a few days (or even two weeks, if you don't heat your home in winter, like I did when I started in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire).

For example, a day could look like: - Breakfast: x2 small boiled eggs, cup of green tea, 1 teaspoon sugar - Mid-morning: Banana, cup of coffee - Dinner: Chicken and pasta meal (brown pasta) - Evening snack: toasted ham and cheese sandwich (wholemeal bread) This will comfortably last me the day without hunger pangs.

I agree that cost of living in Australia is high, but you can buy a loaf of "baked in store" white or wholemeal bread for AUD $2.

I was pretty shocked when I bit into a slice of "Healthy Choice Wholemeal" bread in LA and found it sweeter than a slice of raisin bread back home.

Wholemeal toast would he a complex carb.
