Some companies sell fire-safe & waterproof HD enclosures which you can use without moving the disks.

Perfect size, waterproof, great camera, just an all around awesome phone (other than Sony's poor software).

I have the same phone for the same reasons (and being waterproof) but it definitely doesn't last 2 days anymore.

The lens gets wet just like any other waterproof camera.

You'd like to be able to trust that the manufacturer made a waterproof device, but at the same time it's cheap and easy to insure yourself against the most common failure modes.

There are definitely drones that can fly way faster than 30 knots, but they are not waterproof, and the ones I've seen are rather dumb, they don't follow you.

BTW a "perfect" gadget would be waterproof, float AND either include a hygrotherm to evaporate thermal transition condensation or not have internal air pockets to prevent condensation.

When I notice a logo on someone, my first thought is "What a git!";) I remove logos from my stuff, or nuke them with waterproof black marker.

Waterproof will be amazing safety for kitesurfing and surfing in general, quadcopters are super cool, but you don't want to drop one in salty water.
