If you mean that people who complain about social justice warriors are really racists/sexists, well that's hard to answer, because it depends on one's definition of social justice warrior and one's definition of racism and sexism.

Literal warriors make war, which is destructive.

It's as embarrassingly hokey and strident as Christian evangelists self-describing as "spiritual warriors." It would be just as annoying to have all Christians dismissively labeled as "spiritual warriors" for their belief.

Here is the secondary problem - GitHub sides with these people called Social Justice Warriors.

Racists and sexists define everyone who they don't agree with as Social Justice Warriors.

I only ever hear it in a negative way, that of Social Justice Warriors.
