I used to use an org agenda view for this, now I just use a caldav calendar and trillium.

Apparently it is an intentional riff on that kindof of color-mixing scientific diagram to create the shape of a trillium (the flower of Ontario).

I abandoned org-roam and switched to trillium with very simple summaries of hand written notes.

Now any Google customer can use Trillium for training any model?

Similar story in Ontario with the Trillium drug plan.

I'll spin up a Trillium instance soon and see if it's still not for me (but I uh won't approach it with that mindset).

It's only now with Trillium that they are starting to actually beat Nvidia in a chip vs chip battle, but being faster per chip was never the point.

I just downloaded trillium for Android, it seems to work fine.

No hard failures were attributable to TID up to the maximum tested dose of 15 krad(Si) on a single chip, indicating that Trillium TPUs are surprisingly radiation-hard for space applications.

And if you don't believe this, just take one look at TPU pricing (remember, Trillium is TPUv6) and tell me this is competitive with Nvidia/Oracle/any neocloud with a straight face.

I think trillium is stashing the notes in a database.

My understanding is that the Trillium TPU was primarily targeted at inference (so it’s surprising to see it was used to train Gemini 2.0) but other generations of TPUs have targeted training.

Suspiciously there is a filter for "TPU-trillium" in the training results table, but no result using such an accelerator.

So Google has Trillium, Amazon has Trainium, Apple is working on a custom chip with Broadcom, etc.

Trillium's to-do UX is slightly better than a markdown document because you can click to check the boxes, that's about it.

Trillium is great for some folks (and I would have no qualms recommending it), but I cannot stand hierarchical notes.
