Having something that has the same ergonomics of Tana but is more open is really interesting.

Would love to have these go to my Tana or another PKM.

Was Tana Tuva a topic of discussion during this time period?

The Tana super tag concept is pretty neat.

Notion, Roam and Tana all require relational query.

I really like the UX of Tana for building out graphs of pages with properties, but it's slow to start up, doesn't support math, etc.

I prefer these outlined based notes tools ( org mode, roam, Tana ) over the document based ones (Obsidian, etc) or db ones ( notion ).

I'm assuming a lot of interest in Obsidian stems from (1) having underlying plaintext docs, and (2) preferring the doc-as-note unit If you ever relax these constraints, Tana is a great mix.

For example, while learning the word bowler the other day I imagined a bowl that served as a "tana" (my first language translation) for animals.

I think Tana can do this with the "supertags" feature.

Other things extend beyond this into the PKM space ( Roam, Tana, etc ).

Just like that you got yourself something as capable as Tana's supertags⁴.

Coming from the TFT space of Roam/Tana/Obsidian… this is awesome to see.
