Submission in a sentence as a noun

Is there any indication that the first edit field on a submission's page is where one enters a comment?

I'm totally going to pitch an application submission management system in the next round.

I generally try not to start meta discussions here, but this HN submission is an example of a trend I'm seeing more of here lately.

As I'd mentioned on an earlier submission about W3C's site being inaccessible:A cool thing about Aaron's activism was that it involved building things, circumventing censorship, and spreading information, rather than sabotage and denial-of-service.

Therefore, if no-one notices a problem like this until after the planning submission, or perhaps fails to get someone higher up to take it seriously enough to change the concept design, then they will have to remedy it by using special anti glare coatings or just plain hoping it wont be too bad.

Or will quality medical care only be reserved for those who can afford decent medical insurance or have jobs that provide fair medical benefits?One thing is for certain, this is submission is going to garner a lot of responses from both sides of the fence if past submissions along these lines are anything to go by.
