The little schemer and and The Seasoned Schemer I have both read two times, but all can't hold to end.

If you like this you should read The Little Schemer (if you haven't yet, that is) it is written in dialogue/question-answer format.

I've since read the Turing Omnibus and The Little Schemer and I was glad to see them on the list.

Is it possible to follow along The Little Schemer with Clojure?

I worked out every problem in The Little Schemer back in 2000 with only a C++ programming and no computer science background.

I believe I have seen some of The Little Schemer code translated into Clojure, and most of that looked pretty trivial changes.

The Little Schemer actually teaches you Scheme from the ground up, and as a Clojure Programmer myself I'm feeling right at home.

Only the true Little Schemer fans will understand my comment.

Maybe they have a different slant on the whole topic, like the difference between reading The Little Schemer and the Revised Report on the Algorithmic Language Scheme.

The Little Schemer - I've gone through this book at least 5 times.

I'm 23 years old with no formal training in Comp Sci and I'm teaching myself Scheme as we speak (The Little Schemer is a great book!).

Maybe same with the "The Little Schemer" (and successors like "The Seasoned Schemer").

I have also heard great things about "The Little Schemer"[2].

Note that modern Scheme implementations have pattern matchers that eliminate much of the car/cdr'ing done in the Little Schemer, making it much shorter.
