If your entire enemy is remote-controlled robots, your real target becomes the communications.

This would be an appropriate platform for a time-delay repeating or remote-controlled TV-B-Gone.

I would imagine they do; neither of the robots are currently remote-controlled.

Why not use remote-controlled drones, then?

There are humanoid robots, robots that simply do labor, autonomous, semi-autonomous, remote-controlled, etc.

Depending on your coworkers, amusing games about who gets to buy each other lunch may ensue as people attempt to get a really nice splitwise score, or demand repayment in the form of remote-controlled helicopters.

By the way, if you need to control anything that may rely on mains power, a very easy and safe way I've found is to use remote-controlled wall-plug switches and switch them on and off from the Arduino.

Maybe because it's so impersonal to pilot a remote-controlled toy on a screen thousands of miles away that when you see little black and white pixels moving on your TV, you have less moral qualms about pushing the little red button on your joystick?

Also, 'Unmanned' does not necessarily means "remote-controlled".

Nothing on Reddit remote-controlled my machine, it just initiated a brief "conversation."
