Already downloaded the program and forked the repository on Bitbucket to help translating it to brasilian portuguese (pt-BR).

Well, that's a good reminder that pt and pt-BR have several vocabulary differences.

I would be surprised if Firefox did that by default in my pt-BR profile.

Important bug report for pt-br users: Brazilian portuguese (I am not sure about Portugal portuguese) is being generated all wrong on ollama.

It is supposed to check your browser's language and serve the proper language - portuguese for PT-BR, english for all others (doesn't matter which URL you use, both are the same website).

Probably not well suited for all cases, but usually good enough for mine, though actually I only have to support pt-BR, es-ES and en-US so maybe that's not saying much.

So at runtime you have `pt-BR` which has pt-BR strings and missing ones "completed" from `pt` (parent locale).

Caught this in a pt-br conversation about cycling where Claude used "FC" (frequência cardíaca / heart rate) — a term common in sports science literature but not in everyday Portuguese.

A few more I can remember would be the words "bicha" (pt: queue, pt-BR: male homossexual) and "durex" (pt: condom, pt-BR: a kind of adhesive tape).

In pt-br it's "leito", "semi-leito", "executivo" and "convencional" "Leito" sounds more premium than "cama", despite being both valid words for "bed"
