Even if left-handed desks never moved, there are no rules that left-handed desks are actually for left-handers only.

On the other hand (so to speak), European style (fork stays in left hand) is great for left-handers.

Left-handers using right-handed scissors provides a reasonable example: I know a bunch of left-handers who can cut properly with right-handed scissors and not with left-handed scissors.

It's a bit like a Where's Wally, trying to find one oriented for the left-handers amongst us.

If 3-5 percent of right-handers use their right-brain, maybe they 'hook' and are in fact natural left-handers ('fake righties').

Coming from a family with a very high percentage of left-handers (about 7 out of 10 on my Mother's side)...

We all 'know' that left-handers use their right brain and right-handers use their left brain.

The Simpsons had an episode [0] where Ned Flanders opened a Leftorium store for left-handers.

The only reason I stopped is that nobody makes trackballs for left-handers anymore that are any damn good.

I don't remember what they were measuring, but a third option for left-handers is interesting in itself.

And if 20-30% of left-handers are actually left-brained, then that's a few percent of the overall population who are actually right-handed ('fake lefties').

But the adult demographic of left-handers doesn't have, and didn't have, a sex ratio skewed in the opposite direction to the youth demographic.
