Human-centred in a sentence as an adjective

I use human-centred design to work anywhere from research and strategy to the last 5%.

They also describe zopa as "a human-centred way to loan money to people in the developing world.

I have a hard time considering something "human-centred" when the very concept seems completely inaccessible to people with visual or motor impairments.
