Unfortunately it's strictly a price increase for everyone who bought a second dyno to get out of the freeloader tier.

It becomes easy to stir people in to a frenzy to eliminate the freeloader problem while the question of whether the institution is too important to care about freeloaders remains ignored.

Not saying everyone is a freeloader, but what about the people who have no income?

You pay something like $5/month to use it, read any books you want without buying them and not feeling like a freeloader.

You're not a 'freeloader' if you have lots of apps on the free tier but production grade ones where you pay premium.

I'm a shameless freeloader, and would never even consider paying money to go beyond a free quota.
