People say over-the-top, outrageous things out of emotionality, when they may mean something far less or completely different.

The complete lack of emotionality and disconnect it creates with your user base is damning to your company.

Less likely to pick up the phone, and less emotionality dependent on voice contact in terms of comfort/credibility.

It is a little dumbfounding to compare the seeming emotionality/outrage of your posts with that which spurred it.

The more available group over-emotionality is, the more effort is required to suppress it in favor of reasoned responses.

It’s almost as if intellectual ability is an application of emotionality rather than something separate.

For the record, this is actually a considered decision, not brute emotionality or fad-following.

Or making decisions based on emotionality and what you want.

Good vibe project, analyse the level of emotionality in comments over time, I'd bet it's gone vertical in the past few months.

They are blinded by their own overcoming emotionality.

The truth is this technology is, as far as i can tell, superior to humans in a high number of situations if only for a lack of emotionality (and inability to text and drive / drink and drive)...

Emotionality becomes problematic when emotional information is not adequately integrated with cognition/rational processing.
