Edit: if it’s within your means, and you’re at all antsy about labor and delivery, a doula is a wonderful resource for you during delivery.

To reiterate points 3-5: if it is within your means, I cannot highly recommend a night doula/nanny enough.

Hire someone as a nurse/caretaker/doula now, integrate them into the group, and then you've solved your remainder problem.
