This is bigger news than most news stories you'll read this year, or this decade for that matter.

Hell, get a decade or two of this and historians alone would have a field day with such material. Oh, and by the way, it's completely fucked.

This has been true in every decade of my career. There's been a constant push towards management that I've always resisted.

Things were really good early on, this was the last decade. The computing scene at that time revolved around Microsoft like the many moons of Jupiter.

The good news is that generally that economic limit is much higher than the cost of living, and you can run at that limit for a decade or more, so you can be reasonably expected to save enough to retire and not have to work any more.
