You might consider trying the Lispworks IDE, or the Allegro IDE (on Windows) or the Clozure IDE (on Mac).

People that want Closure for their JS goodness will know which it is, similarly for Clojure and Clozure lisps.

This is a bit of a name clash with Clozure CL, a common lisp implementation.

There are also Clozure CL IDE, the LispWorks IDE or the Allegro CL IDE.

The Clozure output (IMO correct) illustrates precisely what wrong, so I almost don't have to say anything more.

So now there is Clozure common lisp, Clojure for the JVM, and now Closure.

It's written in Clozure Common Lisp and a port to Windows is planned.

How about the Closure web browser which predates both Clozure and Clojure?

The Clozure people are working on a new IDE, but I don't know how good its debugging facilities are yet.

The only downside to Clozure CL that I found was the fact that it requires SSE2 instruction support from the processor.

I believe it was Clozure before Clojure was released (but I could be wrong).

I've been hearing good things about Clozure lately, but never played with it.

It's funny, when I googled "Clozure CL" I got: An open-sourced Common Lisp implementation for LinuxPPC.

Clozure Common Lisp at least: an open source multithreaded Lisp implementation with unicode on Win32.

Clozure CL is easy to install/run on just about any desktop platform (windows included).

Clozure CL was released on multiple platforms.
