Cajun in a sentence as a noun

Tabasco is for cajun food and southern soul food, like collard greens.

I guess with the exception of cajun Boudin Noir... I thought we were pretty good.

Some anecdotes: Everything at the cajun place was $8 but don't know portion sizes which is probably why they were the only place without a line.
