Turquoise in a sentence as a noun

The colour blue for one of the result sets is a poor choice as the map is drawn in blue / turquoise. You need 2 colours for the results which are of a similar distinguishability against the map colour.

In the menu on the left, the checkboxes look a little weird, because it is a blue checkmark on a turquoise background. I can see it, but I think they would look better if you made the check-marks very light gray, a color closer to the text but still distinct from it.

Yellow is the input voltage, and turquoise is the input current. The non-sinusoidal current shows the non-unity power factor.

Explaining all those corner cases, all those once-in-a-turquoise-moon exceptions in nauseating detail, is a useful lesson in humility.
