Discontentedness in a sentence as a noun

A small part of that was due to real problems in the organization, but the sneaking discontentedness was caused by precisely the opposite: the lack of questions raised. There are lots of really great people there – so great that I can't help myself from thinking about what else they could be building.

Seems to be more of a personal problem of the writer: "Many of my high achieving friends had an underlying anxiety and discontentedness." The more common "creating for an imaginary group of people" problem is creating a product for a too-narrow niche.

But I can also feel a growing discontentedness with how I have lived my life so far -- never truly challenging myself, never taking any risks, and never really accomplishing anything great.
