Beautify in a sentence as a verb

Front-end criticism: You guys need to beautify your pages a little.

That IS a plugin, but it makes no significant difference as compared to js-beautify.

I use whitespace trimming and js-beautify that way already.

I suppose the naming of the algorithm with 'beautify' helps to describe what it typically would be used for.

It does not mean that it have to look ugly but you can customize and beautify the UI within the constraints of Apple's framework.

It's easier to optimize beautiful code than it is to beautify optimized code.

But can also be as simple as reformat code, beautify paragraph, insert current date, listing of directory etc.

JavaScript itself gives developers enough power to beautify messy async code, already.
