I would guess that the wrinkle is that one's mouth would still be chock-full of bacteria, lending the breath a fœtid odour.

I don't know if the Bitcoin Foundation did this in California; perhaps there is some other wrinkle of state law at play here.

I recently saw something pointing out another wrinkle about taxis -- per mile, their engines go between hot and cold a whole lot less, so there's less stress from thermal expansion.

Many of the comments on sfgate refer to the moral ambiguity of profiting off of a rent-controlled property -- definitely an interesting wrinkle.
