You can't do that 10+ times and imagine that you will not get maced/tased/etc.

But you already know what would happen: you would be hauled to jail, and tased, beaten or even shot if you resisted.

If you want some more examples there are all the people tased, shot, beaten, or arrested for filming police during traffic stops etc.

If people can be tased, surely police can use something non-lethal on dogs.
