It is widely known that Gottfrid Svartholm (anakata) is not provided access to books as opposed to Peter Sunde.

Gottfrid Svartholm is currently being held in solitary confinement in Denmark, Peter Sunde is arrested in Sweden.

Sounds exactly like what Sweden did to Gottfrid Svartholm Warg in Cambodia a few months ago.

The international police and corporations cracked down pretty hard and illegally extradited Gottfrid Svartholm from Cambodia.

In [3] Gottfrid Svartholm (co-founder of thepiratebay together with Peter Sunde and Fredrik Neij) claims he's hosting all kinds of naughty contents.

But no private company has charged Svartholm Warg with anything in this case.

Fredrik Neij lives in Thailand and last I heard Svartholm Warg lived in Cambodia of all places.

I think the long isolation by the Danish and Swedish state of Svartholm has been inhumane.

More close to reality: Gottfrid Svartholm and Fredrik Neij haven't given up.

Nobody is claiming that Svartholm alone was worth $60M to Sweden.

The source of claims he has been kept in solitary has been his mother Kristina Svartholm since the prison officials have refused comment regarding his care.

If Gottfrid Svartholm lawyers brings it up, it could be an argument for lowering any sentence but other than that, its unlikely to be even brought up.

"Peter Sunde, Fredrik Neij, Gottfrid Svartholm and Carl Lundström were all found guilty and sentenced to serve one year in prison and pay a fine of 30 million SEK".

Svartholm acknowledges that he has used this nick in the past but not to make these statements.

Svartholm acknowledges that his computer must have been used for the intrusion, but that he did not do it.

And it's a purely technical solutio, where as Gottfrid Svartholm/Fredrik Neij/Peter Sunde or Alexandra Elbakyan are also very much activists.
