Reexamination in a sentence as a noun

"Constant reexamination of classics" sounds like bliss to me. I would love to see more of it.

TL;DR: "Most reexamination requests rely on a finding of obviousness, which is a far more subject[ive] standard than demonstrating a lack of novelty.

This might provide the seed material for patent reexamination, which in turn allows for patent invalidation.

But if we discourage the constant reexamination of these classics they will get placed on the dusty shelves and we'll see nothing but discussions of the latest gossip and bling.

Successful reexaminations should be a rare, exceptional case in a properly functioning patent system.

In the handful of patent cases I've paid attention to, the fact that a patent was initially rejected in a reexamination had little impact on how the court proceeded with a case.

This patent was easily invalidated by a simple and cost-efftive post-grant proceeding called a reexamination.

Aren't like 80% of patents invalidated on reexamination?

Deep knowledge can lead to manipulation and assembly of prefabricated thoughts, rather than a reexamination of the underlying principles behind those thoughts.
