Lipogram in a sentence as a noun

It's similar to writing puns, which nobody claims are great comedy, or lipograms, which nobody claims are great literature.

I can appreciate this as a piece of constrained writing, like a lipogram or univocalic, but apart from that context I think it lacks a pleasing musical quality which is present in much of Bach's work.

For folks following this discussion, I don't know about Anglic works, but I think "la disparition"[0] and "All'alba Shahrazad andrĂ  ammazzata"[1] show outstanding illustrations of lipograms for Italians and Gauls.
