Microsoft and Palm have been building full-face touch-screen mobile devices since the late 1990s.

Where oh where did Microsoft get the idea to totally rebuild their mobile OS around the concept of a full-face capacitive touch-screen?

As you can see, they don't have full-face helmets, those jackets and pants certainly aren't armored and their gloves don't go very far down.
