Compartmentalisation in a sentence as a noun

I'm not arguing for compartmentalisation, nor against the importance of all the teams you are talking about working together.

I can't really agree with that- it's hard to really define Reddit's "community"- one of it's strongest features is the 'subreddit' compartmentalisation.
