Seditious in a sentence as an adjective

Cass Sunstein is a borderline seditious man, and I don't think he should be given nearly the amount of respect he is.

It's not libelous, obscene, seditious, or any other exception I can think of.

Having grown up around UK common law, I carelessly linked to libel instead - it's called 'seditious libel' over there.
