God-fearing in a sentence as an adjective

Back in the day, a good, god-fearing man went to church on sunday.

Obviously, I did not expect or find a god-fearing nation of Darwin haters.

I reject the idea that god-fearing psychopaths act more ethically.

The solution is not to go back to a god-fearing agrarian society, however, it's upgrading our moral compass which is in dire need of an adjustment anyway.
