Prepossess in a sentence as a verb

I read developer2's response as being very presumptuous and prepossessed, and was wondering why.

While the website is down, I think it forgets to mention the "Never add comments to any code unless it's explicitly part of the public API." It's also possible he prepossesses the comments out.

They became completely prepossessed by checklists, but IMO totally misunderstood what makes an effective checklist. They turned checklists into an oppressive regime of documenting every conceivable step and path to the tiniest detail.
