Reducing a criticism to the one HN frequenter you're aware of seems, well premature and unfounded.

Because even though we can draw lines around how an AI might act like a human in a certain case, recognize you as a frequenter of a store, when we connect that AI to the rest of the computer capabilities out there it quickly becomes something a human couldn't do.
