Yeah, I was aware of factotum when I wrote this post.

While we are at it - is there anything like plan 9’a factotum for Linux or OpenBSD?

Why do people keep insisting on deliberately misrepresenting a question as a criticism?I know plan 9 has factotum, but "google it" sure doesn't help me find a way to use it to authenticate windows clients.
