Bechamel used in a sentence

Bechamel in a sentence as a noun

My ideal is bechamel sauce with cheese on top - shredded for the added surface area when browning.

It's very easy to make bechamel in about 10 minutes and it keeps for a week or more in the fridge without issues.

Top of my head: tart shell, pizza dough, tortilla, thickening up sauces, can't make a roux or a bechamel without flour, fresh pasta, cookies, muffins, cakes.
