Backrest in a sentence as a noun

If your back is tired and you need to use the backrest it's time to get up and walk around a bit.

It just is more fun to shoot because it is about 5-6x as heavy as the glock and your shoulder is a much stouter backrest than your wrists.

I also own that chair, but i find it uncomfortable for longer periods of time and tend switch to a chair with a backrest after ~1h

What i cant understand in my workplace is that the admin dept has this very nice comfy chairs and yet the IT dept has this very old non-ergonomic chair that you would buy a backrest for it.
