Most commercial JVMs like IBM Websphere for Real Time, Aonix and JamaicaVM, just to cite three examples, do offer AOT compilation.

Yes, CodenameOne, JamaicaVM, Aonix Perc and J9 all support AOT compilation besides normal JIT.

Besides ExcelsiorJET, Aonix and IBM Webpshere Real Time VM do also offer AOT compilation.

The only alternatives, besides Excelsior, is the new RoboVM, Websphere Realtime JVM, Aicas, Aonix among a few other ones.

Just to add that JamaicaVM, Aonix and Websphere Real Time GCs do have hard limits on collection times according to their documentation, but I never used them so I cannot judge how they really behave.

Available in Aonix, IBM J9, Jamaica JVM, Excelsior JET Just because OpenJDK doesn't offer it, doesn't mean others don't.

For good ones I only know of commercial like Aonix, Websphere Real Time, Excelsior JET, JamaicaVM and a few others.

Each JVM (IBM, HP, Aonix,...) has different quality levels in escape analysis.
