The transfiguration and painting -> photo have me firmly in the uncanny valley, but I suspect this harder problem will be solved given more training.

Awakening or Enlightenment does not automatically suspend the normal means and method by which the dream unfolds; there is no transfiguration into a super human being of light or some such with paranormal powers, like in some of the fanciful storytelling.
