Clarification in a sentence as a noun

When we tell you we need something, believe us!.If we need clarification on something, get it.

Take for instance the word "addict", which like the word "war" is such a broad term that it doesn't have much meaning on it's own without further clarification.

Whether it is "simple" or not is a matter of opinion at this point, without any further clarification by the author.

It's astonishing that they persist with the robotic language in their clarification.

If I unfriended someone and they messaged me asking for clarification, I'd just tell them I messed up so I wouldn't have to deal with the awkwardness.
